Greatest hostel I’ve ever been to throughout my travels. Very clean, incredible views from the rooftop and free laundry on top of that. Kitchen facilities are incredible too, proper industrial kitchen. Not the most social hostel ever, but that is mainly because Dilijan and also Armenia isn’t travelled as much as other places.

This hostel is the hostel to go to in Dilijan, forget about any other hostel, or any Airbnb in Dilijan.. Place is squeaky clean, you'll love it that it will be inevitable that you extend your stay multiple times. The staff are the best I've dealt with, both Telman and Gayane are amazing, helpful, and make you feel at home.. DON'T SKIP the Mount Dimats trip, it's 100% worth it. Amazing trip, amazing views and most importantly, Telman is a great guide!

We stayed for two nights at 11+1 by TUMO and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent! supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants are just a few steps away, which makes everything very convenient. The facilities are in great condition; everything feels well maintained and comfortable.
