There was no staff, the place smelled bad, and they require a 500 THB deposit for the keys, which was not mentioned beforehand.

Perfect stay , staff are very friendly, about 5 min walk from chaweng beach. We booked a private room and had our own toilet and showers , our beds and towels were changed often and staff helped us rent a moped. If you’re wanting a clean and ac environment for backpacking in a quieter hostel this is the place. We loved it and were thoroughly impressed when we arrived. Def recommend if you want a less busy hostel !
