Altera House – More than a hostel, an experience to be enjoyed
Altera House is a welcoming and well-kept hostel located in Ameglia, strategically positioned between Liguria and Tuscany. It is the ideal starting point for discovering the Cinque Terre, beaches, villages and cities of art such as Lucca, Pisa and Florence.
We offer six rooms, three doubles and three shared rooms, all with private bathrooms, to ensure comfort and privacy in an informal and friendly environment. The common areas include panoramic terraces with stunning views and a green garden, perfect for relaxing. For those who work while travelling, there is a co-working room with a view of the Apuan Alps.
Altera House is also a starting point for authentic experiences: boat trips, excursions, visits to marble quarries and cultural tours.
We believe in genuine, simple but attentive hospitality. Every detail is designed to make you feel at home.
Altera House Policy and Conditions:
Cancellation policy: 7 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check-in from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Check-out before 11:00 AM
Payment upon arrival by cash, credit and debit cards, PayPal, Revolut and bank transfer.
Taxes not included: City Tax - 1 EUR per person per night.
Breakfast included.
General:
No curfew.
No pets allowed.
Children allowed: 1 to 14 years old.
Smoking is allowed in designated areas.
