Hostel Arcoiris Urubamba Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 1 day before arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show, you will be charged for the first night of your stay.

Check-in from 2 PM.
Check out before 1 PM.

Payment upon arrival is in cash only.

예약 전 외국인 리뷰가 좋아서 선택했지만, 제 경험은 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 밖에 나가거나 돌아올 때 현관문이 잠겨 있어 열어줄 때까지 기다려야 해서 불편했습니다. 스페인어를 잘하지 못하는 사람은 주인과 대화할 때 많은 어려움을 느낄 것 같습니다. 웹사이트에 적힌 체크아웃 시간과 달라서 쫓기듯 짐을 챙겨 나와야 해서 당황했고, Hostelworld.com을 통해 보증금으로 지불한 금액을 제외한 잔금만 결제하면 된다고 주인에게 여러 번 설명했지만 주인이 이해하지 못해 힘들었습니다.

There is no number on the address and the sign for the hostel is very small, which made it a bit hard to find. Once I was there I range the bell and waited for ages twice and got no response. I had to call someone who then called the person in the hostel to finally open the gate. Something similar happened to other people who checked in the next day. The staff person was hard to communicate with, and often seemed confused or would forget things he should know - like that I was staying two nights
