Great location and comfortable bed. Good that they have curtains to keep some privacy. Staff were also very friendly. Downsides were only one shower and toilet on my floor for 3 or 4 rooms of 10. The shower was never very clean so not sure how often it was done. The aircon also broke one night so led to very little sleep and a ruined next day. It was however fixed first thing. A lot of the negatives can’t really be helped with the type of building to be fair.

The front desk staff was fantastic! However, no mirror at all in the women’s only bedroom, and the big issue was that there’s only 1 bathroom (1 toilet, 1 shower) for the whole floor, for 3 rooms? The bathroom was also always very dirty or floaded. Doors are very heavy and make a lot of noise when you close them. You can hear everything that happens in the corridor, outside in the street, even your neighbors next room.

Really nice hostel! Very safe and social, staff were friendly and helpful always and very good location and rooms were nice. Only problem is that in one of our showers the water was scalding hot and basically unusable. But there’s more showers on every floor so wasn’t too bad. Pretty good value for money!
