Leveli Coliving & Hostel Oaxaca

I loved the female dorm, with comfortable beds and bunks tall enough that you can fully sit up. The attached shower had great pressure and very hot water. The terrace was a nice social space to hang out in, day or night. The hostel has very strict house rules--which are signed at check-in, posted all around, and reminded in the group chat daily--to keep everyone accountable for maintaining quiet hours and a clean space for all guest to enjoy.

Highly recommend Leveli. Super clean kitchen, clean bathrooms, and responsive staff made this a really good stay. Just far enough to be outside the noise of centro and a short walk from everything I needed. Buses, food, groceries, and walking into town. Perfect final leg of my trip to Mexico. Great, relaxed hostel which would be my first choice if I come back to Oaxaca.

Great place overall. Solid quiet hours so you can actually sleep, comfortable mattresses and AC in the room, hot water in the showers, full kitchen available to prepare your own food, great fridge and pantry storage setup to keep your stuff organized, dedicated working space, fast Starlink, amazing management and staff who are super friendly and ready to provide recs when you need them. Location is just a few blocks from the middle of town, very safe streets. Just an uphill climb from town.
