This place was our favourite hostel in Central America. We extended twice and struggled to actually leave. There is a group hike and event on each day making the social vibe great. We met so many great people while there. The rooms were super clean and the showers were nice. Loved the common area and even during heavy rain just nice to chill by the river and relax. Only bad thing was the free breakfast was the exact same each day and got a bit boring!

We LOVED our stay at Onda. We spent 4 nights in the female dorm and it was very clean and well equipped. We also enjoyed the yoga classes and the hikes. Staff was super friendly as well. What could be done better: the kitchen lacks plates, bowls and spices and oil. The breakfast is not suitable for vegans or vegetarians.

Very expensive and they put the price up for males which is abit weird. Stayed for two nights and tried to extend and they had put the price up to over 30 dollars for a dorm room even though I’d paid 20 the previous two nights
