Swisstay Downtown Cairo

I had an amazing stay here! The staff are so friendly and helpful, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Location is great and overall I recommend and would come back again :)

Our stay was extremely disappointing. There was absolutely no warm water during our visit. When we raised this with staff, we were told the knob works in the opposite direction to what is indicated, which did not resolve the issue. Another major problem was the payment situation. Throughout our stay, staff insisted the card machine was not working and that cash was the only accepted form of payment. However, on the day of checkout, after a firm discussion, it became clear that the machine simply needed to

New hostel, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is tasty and the Wi-Fi is strong. Great location.
