Booked and paid deposit in advance. when arrived in Merzouga could not find property at first, phoned up and was told the property was closed. I am still waiting for deposit refund. Had to stay elsewhere and was treated with the utmost courtesy and my new host was very welcoming. Still waiting for reimbursement on my deposit even though I have contacted Hostelworld about this issue.
