Qo'noq Railway Hotel

They made a mistake on my check out date and binned my pajamas 😭 I booked two nights on the app, then before I arrived, I messaged on WhatsApp and asked to extend. I told the receptionist at check in and he charged me for the room. Then, on my last night, I came back to the hostel and they said they thought I left so cleared my bed (including the stuff on it, which they threw out). My locker was stuff full of my stuff and I had the key. They could have asked me on WhatsApp? Bad service

Nice hostel right inside the railway station so it’s ideal if you’re catching a train. It’s also across the street from the metro and easy to head into the centre. It feels more like a hotel than a social hostel, and the price was a bit steep for a bunk bed in a dorm. But otherwise nice place to stop for one night

The staff went above and beyond to be helpful to me during my stay. The location in the station is very convenient for early morning or late night trains. It was very clean and had the nicest shower I’ve ever seen in a hostel. The location is good - a quick taxi from the airport which is helpful because taxis are super expensive if you can’t get Yandex to work. It’s not a party hostel by any means - it felt between a hostel & a hotel!
