자전거, 서프보드, 스토클링 기어 등 랜탈이 가능하고 차를 랜트 하실경우 파킹은 $10 / night 입니다. 호스텔에서 다양한 activity 와 셔틀 예약을 도와드리며 24시간 운영되는 프론트 데스크는 손님들의 좋은 추억을 만들수 있도록 도와드리고 있습니다.
RATE
Rate does not include tax. The balance is subject to State of Hawaii Transient Accommodation Tax (9.25%) and General Exercise Tax (4.712%) Please note that room type requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and operational needs
CHECK IN REQUIREMENT
>Check in time is from 11:00 am to midnight Hawaii time. Rooms may not be readily available until 3:00 pm.
>All the guests must be 45 years old and below upon the date of check in (Dorm Rooms)
>When checking in, please prepare the followings:
1. VALID PASSPORT or VALID STATE ISSUED ID 2. PROOF OF RECENT ARRIVAL TO THE ISLAND OF OAHU We will NOT honor reservations of guests without the valid ID AND the ticket. NO REFUNDS will be made. We appreciate your understanding.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We accept cancellations only via e-mail
Please note that any cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time. We charge the total of the first night for all cancellations made less than 48 hours and no shows.
In case you cancel any individual night(s) of your reservation, the deposit and the payment for the night(s) will not be refunded or transferred.
In case of no show, we will cancel the reservations for the second night and thereafter.
Cancellations after check-in must be made 24 hours prior to the date of reservation. We charge in full for the night for all cancellations made less than 24 hours.
