Me and two friends stayed at the three people en-suite. The beds were clean and comfortable, the room/bathroom did not feel clean. Since the room is right above the kitchen, the smell of the kitchen comes up into the room sometimes. The room smelled a mix of food and mold. The door is very hard to lock/unlock. The kitchen is also not very clean. The room is not insulated or noise proof since the window doesn’t seal. There were people playing music and chatting extremely loudly at 3 am.

It’s pretty chill, but i got some things stolen from me. Like an Traincard and shampoo but nothing to serious (Value 60€). The Hostel Staff in general is really nice and there are a lot of volunteer there. If your looking for a travel atmosphere its the wrong hostel its more for a comfortable and relaxed vibe. I stayed in the 4 bedroom Room and it was quite nice with the balcony and the aircon. Would come back!

The two old guys that a run this place are in some kind delusional power trip of some kind, especially the older bald headed one. the Kitchen is full of roaches, they have three layer bunk beds with no hand rails, they charged a bogus daily city tax despite the fact that the booking said all taxes were included, and they have the cleaning girl clean the floor before check out time with a vacuum cleaner that is louder than a lawn mower. Won't go into details but I would not recommend anyone stay at this pla
