Located at the Dominical beach, Cool Vibes Hostel is the place to stay for Backpackers travelers.

Please note:
Check in are from 3pm to 9pm
Very important: Check in are not possible after 9PM
Check out at 11am

Cancellation are with at least 48hrs notice prior arrival.

Breakfast not included

No smoking is permitted on the hostel property. (Costa Rican Law 9028)
Quiet time is at 10pm.
Pets are not allowed in the hostel.
Once the checks out is done, Guests are able to leave luggage in our storage and use all facilities until 4pm.
No visitors are allowed to enter the hostel for safety reasons.
Cool Vibes Hostel is not responsible for any items lost or left.
We reserve the right of admission.
$14 extra for additional person in private room
$7 extra for additional child over 4 years old

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience during my stay. The bathrooms had a strong odor, the bottom of the shower curtain was brown with buildup, and the shower floor appeared black where the tile should have been visible. It was also difficult to wash your hands at the sink without touching the grimy wall surrounding it. Guests’ belongings were often scattered across the floors, making the shared spaces feel cluttered. I wish there had been staff checking on these common areas more regularly. Th

The location is great, really close to a nice beach and really close to the main street of Dominical. The pool is lovely and the common areas are good, the only thing is that the rooms have no a/c and they are freaking hot, I contemplated sleeping outside for a moment
