Very friendly owner, easy to contact, place was clean, no issues. Location is quite good in the center of Cascais, but this also came with downsides: VERY noisy in the bars outside until very late (extremely loud music until 2 AM). And this was in the low season, can't imagine what it would be like in high season. Not the fault of the hostel, but for sure something to keep in mind if you consider this place.

This hostel was a big disappointment. It was dirty, poorly maintained, and almost nothing seemed to work. The kitchen was a complete mess and smelled bad. The only positive thing is the view from the bar, which overlooks the sea—but even that comes with a downside: from 10 p.m. until 3 a.m., the music is extremely loud, making it impossible to sleep. The stairs and other facilities are in terrible condition. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place unless your only goal is to party all night !
