📅 Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival will be charged for the first night.
No refunds after check-in.
💳 Payment
Payment is due upon arrival by cash or credit card.
Please note: A 3% fee applies to all credit card transactions.
This property may pre-authorize your card before arrival.
🕒 Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: From 14:00 (2:00 PM) to 22:30 (10:30 PM)
Check-out: Before 10:00 AM
⚠️ If you plan to arrive after 10:30PM, you must contact us in advance to arrange a late check-in.

Reception is open daily from 08:00 to 22:30
No curfew
No smoking inside the property
No children allowed
AGE POLICY; To preserve our vibrant, social environment we welcome guests aged 18 to 55. If you are outside this range, we recommend checking out other local accommodation that better suit your stay. Mahalo for understanding.
🌍 Guest Requirements
To stay in our shared dorms, you must present:
A non-U.S. passport OR
Proof of departure from Maui (e.g. a plane ticket)
This policy helps us maintain a true traveler-friendly environment.
🔑 Key Deposit
A $10 cash key deposit is required at check-in:
Per person for dorm rooms
Per private room
Your deposit will be returned at check-out when the key is returned.
