Rooms: separate bungalows in what feels almost like a tropical area with lots of greenery. I had a double bed, shelf, chair, tiny table, one electrical outlet, a medium size window and two small windows. No complaints. Somehow another guest ended up with a copy of my key and entered unannounced. Staff assured me this was an anomaly. Great location, nice staff. I arrived at 9P no prob. Facilities are 50 - 100 meters away. Short walk to subway to Alexanderplatz sights. Would stay here again.

This is the worst accommodation in my life. The role of heater can be totally ignored. I need to wear all my clothes and use duvet to keep warm. The male toilet is dirty. I even saw the urinal was full. During sleeping at about 3am, the water was leaked from ceiling. I have taken some photos to prove it. The toilet is far away from my room.
