Outstanding!! We loved it here so much! Very friendly, helpful staff, stunning and clean apartment The pool was super nice and only a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants! Would absolutely love to stay again some day ☺️

Fabulous room & roof top pool, young attentive happy staff that spoke English well, pointed us in the right direction for the public beach, we blew a fuse cooking they fixed it, kitchen has the basics, refilled the loo paper and the coffee (don't know what those other reviews are about) - can’t complain about anything.

Upon arriving to the front desk I accidentally forgot my yeti hydration bottle. It took less then 3 minutes for it to go missing. I asked the receptionist and he stated he had handed it to me, I asked to see the video footage and he answered the cameras didn’t work. I know it’s not a big deal but it’s the principal. I got to my room it was noticeably dirty, hair in the restroom sink. The location of this hotel is terrible, it’s near local residential and business area and did not feel safe to go out past sun down it’s about a 15 minute drive from Playa del Carmen’s downtown area.Getting a taxi in this area is nearly impossible you have to go to a main road to do so. Overall my experience wasn’t good, security and comfort is my priority and I had non here, I have book multiple times with this website and by far this has been my worse experience. So anyone traveling to this location consider what is important to you. The price isn’t bad but I would’ve wished to know all of these things before booking.
