Terms & Conditions
1. Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in: 2:00 PM on-wards
Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Age Restrictions:
Guests must be at least 18 years old to book and stay in our hostel.
Minors (under 18) are not permitted unless accompanied by a legal guardian.
3. Payment and Deposit Policy:
A deposit may be required at the time of booking, as per Hostelworld’s terms.
Full payment is required at check-in.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, UPI, or Credit/Debit Cards.
4. Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in or no-shows will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's stay.
5. Hostel Rules:
Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
Alcohol consumption is permitted in communal areas but restricted to guests staying at the property.
Drugs or illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
6. Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are enforced from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM in dormitories and private rooms to ensure a restful environment.
7. Identification:
A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, Aadhar card, or driver’s license) is required at check-in for all guests.
8. Group Bookings:
For group bookings of more than 8 people, please contact us directly for customized terms and arrangements.
9. Liability:
La Goya at Anjuna Beachside is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Please use lockers provided in the dorms for valuables.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay.
10. Pets:
Pets are not allowed on the property.
11. Facilities and Usage:
Guests are welcome to use communal areas, including the restaurant and bar (once operational). Please keep these spaces clean and respect other guests.
Towels and toiletries are available for an additional charge.
12. Special Requests:
Any special requests (e.g., late check-in, dietary preferences) must be communicated at the time of booking and are subject to availability.
13. Management Rights:
The management reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate a stay if a guest violates hostel policies or behaves inappropriately.
