The resort is spread out in 1.5 acre, surrounded by hills and overseeing Dehradun city. The no of rooms are in the resort are 30. All rooms are constructed in block style on different floor level. On 01st floor we have multiple categories of room (Dlx View/ S. Dlx/ Family Room), on 02nd floor level we have S. Dlx/ Dlx View/ 01 Family Room & on 03rd floor S.Dlx/ Dlx non view/ Family room.
