The Yard Hotel

With our unconditional devotion to customer satisfaction and excellence in service, we provide three separate rooms for two people each.

The guesthouse is situated in the yards of Tumanyan street, which is at the very heart of the city. All major sights of the city are in a walking distance (3 minutes to the Opera house). Also we are close to bus stops and it is very easy for the taxi drivers to find the place. There are numerous places for lunch/dinner just in the next buildings. Also there is the SAS supermarket and a pharmacy in a walking distance. There are also shopping boutiques nearby. We are next to Hovhannes Tumanyan's house-museum and State University after V. Bryusov. You should find a gate/toll-bar on Tumanyan street on the opposite side of the university. Enter the yard through it and find a peach-colored ground floor only building.

Refrigerators, air conditioners, heating system, and separate bathrooms/toilets are also included with each room. Laundry service is also provided. Breakfast is included.
