Latroupe Jacobs Inn Dublin is a funky, vibrant and comfortable hostel with a wide range of accommodation options for the individual backpacker, families and groups of all sizes. All of our guests can enjoy ensuite showers and toilets and cool bar and restaurant. In our bar and restaurant we offer food and drinks during your stay, a great place to fuel up for your adventures around Dublin!

You can choose between Twin or Double Deluxe Rooms or stay in our signature POD beds. The pod beds give you all the privacy you need in a shared dorm without losing the option to socialize with your room mates. The dorm rooms are among the largest and most spacious in Dublin. Our dorms range from four-pod to twelve-pod dorms and all dorms have en-suite bathroom. All pods come equipped with privacy curtain, bed fitted lights and USBs, individual locker (no padlocks required!), clean white linen. Free WiFi throughout the building.

My biggest issue with this hostel is with the rooms, they were insanely hot, especially inside the pods. I woke up drenched in sweat every night. The ventilation really needs improvement! Secondly, the hostel is massive, feels more like a hotel with dorms than an actual hostel. There is no kitchen available, there is a bar and common space but it is not a very social place. Additionally, I had to pay a high fee to store my luggage for the day. Staff was friendly and bathrooms were clean.

Goed hostel! Enigste minpunt is dat de kamers enorm warm waren en de douches op stand kokend stonden wat helaas met de zomerse temperaturen niet aangenaam is

Despite stories of this being a bad site of the city, I never felt unsafe here, even after night fall. Rooms are organized a bit different than what I'm used to, but still had a good sleep here
