Alle kamers bevinden zich in het historische centrum van Venetië en zijn voorzien van een eigen badkamer buiten of binnen. Ze zijn eenvoudig en essentieel ingericht, met beddengoed en handdoeken (deze worden elke 3 dagen verschoond), een verwarmingssysteem in het winterseizoen en een ventilatorsysteem in het zomerseizoen.
In de buurt van onze panden vindt u wellicht een interessante locatie om te winkelen of om gezellige avonden door te brengen in Bacari (typisch Venetiaanse pubs) of om romantische wandelingen langs Venetiaanse calli te maken.

Wij markeren u als aanwezig bij uw aankomst in ons incheckkantoor. Dit zal uw referentiepunt zijn tijdens uw verblijf. Wij vragen u de openingstijden van ons kantoor te respecteren, namelijk: alle dagen van 9.30 uur tot 12.00 uur - 14.30 uur. Tot 19.00 uur

U heeft de mogelijkheid om uw bagage gratis achter te laten tijdens de openingstijden van het incheckkantoor.

Het zal u helpen omdat het incheckkantoor zich op een zeer strategisch punt bevindt, vlakbij het treinstation en de bus-/autoterminal.

- Wij accepteren boekingen buiten de openingstijden van ons incheckkantoor tot maximaal tien uur 's avonds. We hebben 48 uur van tevoren een kennisgeving nodig. Voor deze extra service geldt een toeslag van ? 15 tot maximaal ? 35, afhankelijk van het tijdstip van aankomst.

U kunt uiterlijk om 22:00 uur inchecken, zelfs als u de toeslag betaalt.

What a lovely place! The location is excellent (5 mins walking from the train station and the waterbuses and yet in a quiet street), the lady at the hostel is incredibly helpful and friendly, the rooms are nice and clean (+ there is AC), ... there is absolutely no downside, I would definitely recommend this place!!

My daughter and I stayed in the 3-person mixed dorm. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was new, including a cozy comforter. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the owners were very nice and helpful. It was quiet and we slept very well both nights. The bathroom is down the hall only a couple of steps away, and it is exclusive for our room. There was plenty of hot water and nice towels were provided. The shower is narrow but manageable. Great location. We would definitely stay again!

The apartment is in a super secure area, and is very clean, but it’s not similar to any other hostel I’ve stayed at. There is just 1 room with 3 beds with no privacy and no social/cooking spaces, and then 3 private rooms. A small refrigerator in the room, but no access to cooking or sink facilities outside of the bathroom for general use. It’s really close to the train station -10 minutes walk, but 30 minutes from the main square. Not bad, just to be aware when booking.
