Cancellation policy:
1) Standard rates: 48 hours before arrival. Please note the property will be collected total price of first night if you cancel your booking within 48 hours before check-in day.
2) Non Refundable rates: Total price of reservation will be collected at any time after booking.
3) NO-SHOW: Total price of rate will be collected in NO-SHOW case.

Payment upon arrival by cash or by credit card in standard rates case.

Check out before 11:00am

If you need to arrive after check-in time let inform it to the hostel.
No curfew.
It's only allow the entrance of persons older than 18 years, with a valid identity document with photograph (Passport, DNI, Andean card) and the respective authorization of migration office.
