The staff was amazing. But the bed was not nice, the mattress is just a layer of foam. We had a room with a fan but it was so hot that we literally were sweating the whole night. The shower was cold and the shower head was weak. But for the price it was ok. It’s possible to do your laundry at JJ’s but they overcharge. There is a different laundry in the street that is way cheaper

Staying in this hostel made our trip to Moalboal infinitely better! JJ and the staff here were so kind and showed us a a really fun time throughout our stay. The location of the hostel was great and the room was very comfortable. The mini bar also served the cheapest drinks I’ve seen in a while. I would totally recommend staying here to anyone coming to Moalboal!
