What an honour it has been to have spent my days in this hostel! The owner Sabri is a legend man, I’ve spent hours speaking with him in the hostel and laughing my ass off, what a man! Considering the fact that he lived a long period of his life in America, his English is perfect and he got the American humor. The beds and bathroom were very hygienic and it has like a family vibe. The location is right in the city center and since Sabri is a tour guide, he can help you with anything and help you

Sadly, was the only person at the hostel during my stay in Aqaba. However, the host made my stay one I’ll never forget. He had some amazing stories. Arranged and drove me to the scuba dive site, did some sightseeing and showed me a nice local fish restaurant. Even brought me to the border for a very friendly price. The place itself was ok, nothing too fancy. All in all had a great time, would recommend.

The Pizza Street hostel is an excellent budget option in Aqaba. It’s located in the heart of the city close to many local restaurants/shops etc, all of which will be recommended by Sabri the owner. He will help you find authentic, cheap traditional food alongside booking Scuba Diving and any other queries about Jordan. Comfy beds, free traditional breakfast and a community vibe.
