Aurora Hostel is een leuk, ontspannen toevluchtsoord voor backpackers die er even tussenuit willen zonder de stad te hoeven verlaten. Wij zijn gelegen op slechts 100 meter van het Mariott Hotel en op 200 meter van het strand van Weligama.
In het hostel kunnen onze gasten genieten van Sunrise-yoga aan de rivier, surfen bij zonsondergang en 's avonds in ons café met speciaal bereide recepten uit de Srilankaanse, Indiase en mediterrane keuken, terwijl er ook fiets- en scooterverhuur beschikbaar is.
We organiseren ook dagtochten naar Galle Fort, de Nederlandse Kerk en LightHouse.

Voorwaarden:
Annuleringsvoorwaarden: 2 dagen voor aankomst. Bij een late annulering of no-show wordt de eerste nacht van uw verblijf in rekening gebracht.

The location of the hostel is the USP. It has something similar to Sigiriya. The staff is friendly and helpful overall. The beds of the dorms are horrible though, super thin. If you want to use the bathroom, you'll have to deal with a lot of bugs and insects crawling and flying around you. I extended for several nights because i really liked the garden and the people who stayed as well. Unfortunately the owner kicked me outevent ually ecause of a double booking.

This is hands down my favourite hostel in Sri Lanka! The beautiful garden is the perfect spot to relax, practice yoga, or connect with fellow travellers. Its location near the beach makes it ideal for early morning surf sessions. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the curry night was absolutely delicious. I couldn’t recommend this place more!:)
