Great stay, very welcoming, fun communicating with staff in Spanish. No internet. They couldn't find the key for our room but was very safe, so not worried.

THE HOSTEL IS LOCATED IN THE CENTER OF THE CITY, NICE LOCATION CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. THE STAFF, NOT VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE CITY, AND UNABLE TO GIVE THE RIGHT INFORMATION. THE PLACE IS FAIRLY CLEAN, BUT THEY DO NOT CLEAN THE KITCHEN. IT IS AN ACCEPTABLE PLACE, BUT IT IS NOT THE RIGHT TIME OF THE YEAR TO VISIT SANTIAGO / CHILE. THERE IS NO HEAT. IT FEELS LIKE BEING IN A REFRIGERATOR.
