Location is perfect, right in the heart of Edinburgh, Staff were friendly, Cleaners were also friendly and professional in keeping the place clean and tidy, would be nice if the bunks had curtains for privacy and the lockers were bigger and the "use your own padlock system" overall i would stay there again no doubt.

They cancelled on me the day of check in, and did not help me find another place to stay. I was told “if someone cancels we’ll call you and you can have their bed” but never heard back. I ended up having to find a place on my own, the day of, which was extremely expensive.
