Terms and Conditions

Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in is from 1:00 PM onwards. Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.
ID and Age Verification:
All guests must present a valid government-issued ID at check-in. The minimum age for check-in is 18 years.
Payment:
Full payment is required at the time of check-in.
Behavior and Conduct:
Guests are expected to respect other guests, staff, and hostel property. Abusive or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
Personal Belongings:
Guests are responsible for securing their belongings in lockers provided. The hostel is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
Room Allocation:
Room allocation is at the discretion of the hostel and may change due to operational requirements.
Prohibited Activities:
No illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous items are allowed on the premises.
Any form of discrimination, harassment, or violence is strictly prohibited.
Visitors:
Visitors are allowed in designated common areas only and must leave the premises by 8:00 PM. No overnight visitors are allowed.
Damage and Liability:
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hostel property and will be charged accordingly. The hostel is not responsible for injuries or accidents occurring on the premises.

Safety and Security:
The hostel is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all guests and staff. Security measures like CCTV and keycard access are in place for safety.
Service Disruption:
The hostel may occasionally have to restrict access to facilities due to maintenance or other reasons and will inform guests in advance.
Right to Admission and Eviction:
The hostel reserves the right to deny admission or evict guests/staff in case of violation of rules, inappropriate behavior, or if they pose a risk to others.
House Rules Enforcement:
All house rules must be adhered to by guests and staff. Violation of rules can result in penalties or removal from the premises.
Privacy Policy:
The hostel respects the privacy of its guests and staff and ensures that personal data is handled responsibly.
