You can only book for one week; you must contact the hostel and leave your phone number on the reservation so they can stay in touch.
For reservations of 4 or more people, a deposit of 200 euros must be made with card upon arrival at the property. This deposit will be returned upon check-out if everything is in order and as delivered.
Please note that an additional charge of 15 euros will be applied if you arrive after midnight.

Hostel Estrella 20 in Madrid biedt een fantastische centrale locatie, perfect om de stad te verkennen. Hoewel de bedden over het algemeen comfortabel zijn met privacygordijnen, hebben sommige recente gasten problemen met de netheid opgemerkt, vooral in de badkamers, en een gebrek aan sociale sfeer. De kleine douchecabines en beperkte keukenfaciliteiten zijn ook punten om te overwegen.

The location was really good, the toilets were clean. Only the showers were really small and not really comfortable to shower. Further i found a bedbug in mijn bed, so that was not nice. But they replaced me to another room.
