Karma Muse - El Tunco

Surf, connect, reset. Karma Muse is a chill, community-driven hostel in central El Tunco—steps from the beach and river. Bright AC dorms (plus a women's-only option) and a few privates, lockers at beds, well-stocked guest kitchen, outdoor board rinse, and a balcony made for golden hour. We’re social—not a party spot. Wednesdays and Fridays–Sat, we’re a friendly meet-up before going out; quiet hours at 11 pm. We sometimes have morning movement/yoga sessions that focus on flow and body awareness (depending on the volunteers). Mindful of water use. Come for the waves, stay for the people.

Please note that after 6:00 PM, the reception will be closed as we are a small hotel; unless you reach out beforehand, we can arrange for you to check in later (fee included).

Karma Muse Policies & Information:

Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge equal to the first night's stay.

Check-in Time: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Please note that after 6:00 PM, the reception will be closed as we are a small hotel; unless you reach out beforehand, we can arrange for you to check in later.

Check-Out: Before 11:00 AM

Late Check-In Fee: $5
