We’re a small and friendly homestay located in a quiet residential vila, just a short walk from Ibirapuera Park – the green heart of the city. Our location is perfect for travelers who want to explore museums, local cafés, and São Paulo’s vibrant culture while staying in a calm and safe neighborhood.

At Casa Ibirapuera, you’ll find a classic and cozy vibe. We offer both shared and private rooms, all inside our charming house where we live too. You’ll be sharing the kitchen, living room, and outdoor area with us and other travelers – it’s a great way to connect while still enjoying your privacy.

We don’t offer breakfast, but there are amazing bakeries and brunch spots nearby. You’ll feel at home, rest well, and get real local tips from your hosts.

Casa Ibirapuera – Policies and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 2 days before arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show, we will charge 50% of the reservation.

We will contact you to charge 50% of the total amount in order to confirm the booking.

Check-in: from 2 PM to 10 PM

Check-out: by 12 PM

Payment upon arrival: cash (Brazilian Real), Pix, or card (credit/debit)
