Noah’s Sunlight Villa Hotel

I booked the ‘Superior Double Bed Private Shared Bathroom’. I emailed two weeks in advance to let them know I would be checking in late; they replied that this wasn’t a problem. Upon my arrival at 23:00, I was told that my booking wasn’t on the system. I showed them an email confirmation, to which they then told me that they don’t even provide private rooms. The girl who helped me (a Chinese girl who I cannot fault because she was helpful and friendly considering she wasn’t the owner) put me in a shared dorm with some really inconsiderate t*** who decided to have a shower at 2am. Decided to leave early the next day. The hostel needs to remove the ‘Private’ option from their site, because I would not want anyone else to go through this on the first day of their holiday.
