If you are not used to capsule hotels or an onsen you have a lot to get used to. Your shoes go into a locker at tge reception and you have to constantly switch your shoe locker key and valueble locker key, going in and out of the hotel is a bit of a hassle because of this. great facilities and good staff there constantly. however, the men’s quarters’ ac doesn’t work as well as it should or the staff doesn’t have it to the right setting as at night it gets too hot and the whole floor smells like stagnant musk and feet.
