⚠️DON’T DO YOUR LAUNDRY HERE IF YOU COME ⚠️The staff (a man) was extremely rude and not helpful. When I checked out I wanted to do my laundry somewhere in Koh Tao. He said he could take care of it, I hesitated because I wanted it to be done well (white laundry separately). He said he would to take care of it. When the laundry came all my white clothes turned pink. The staff said it wasn’t his fault, and basically walked away from the conversation. Very rude! Don’t recommend! :(

I would 100% recommend this hostel! It’s super affordable, in a great location, and the staff (Sam specifically) were amazing. It’s pretty quiet, but there is a food court near by and several shops, activities, bars etc if you walk a few minutes left or right. Bathrooms at times could be cleaner but amazing hostel stay!
