Property Policies & Conditions - Constantino Hostel

Check-in & Check-out Times:
Check-in: From 14:00 (2:00 PM).
Check-out: Until 10:00 (10:00 AM).
Early Check-in / Late Check-out: Subject to availability upon request. A surcharge of 50% of the nightly rate applies. Please inform reception if you plan to check out earlier than scheduled.
Access & Security:
Keys: For security reasons, guests must leave their room key at reception every time they leave the premises.
Night Access: For entry after 00:00 (Midnight), guests must send a WhatsApp message to the contact number provided by staff to arrange entry.
Security & Visitors: Guests are strictly forbidden from opening the door or answering the doorbell for external non-registered visitors. Minors must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Room & Bed Usage:
Guests must strictly use the bed assigned to them upon check-in.
Unauthorized Bed Usage Charge: Occupying or using unassigned beds (in shared dorms or private rooms) will result in a penalty fee equivalent to 1 extra night's charge per extra bed used, to cover cleaning and operational costs.
House Rules & Common Areas:
Quiet Hours: From 23:00 to 08:00 (11:00 PM - 8:00 AM). Please respect other guests' rest.
Kitchen Hours: Available from 11:00 to 22:00 (11:00 AM - 10:00 PM).
Common Areas: Open from 08:00 to 22:00 (8:00 AM - 10:00 PM).
Furniture Care: Eating, drinking, or placing feet on couches and living area furniture is strictly prohibited.
Services & Amenities:
Towel Rental: Available for an extra fee (USD 5 / $7,000 ARS per unit).
Please Note: We do not offer laundry services, personal toiletries (soap/shampoo), or beverage sales on-site.
Zero Tolerance Policy:
Possession, consumption, or purchase of illegal substances/drugs on the property (including delivery orders) is strictly forbidden.
Non-compliance will lead to immediate eviction without refund or right to claim.
