We booked a private room for 2 and the room was not very clean and there were ants everywhere because there were gaps all around the windows. When we told the reception guy we got some bug spray but it just helped for a few hours. Also, there were a lot of times that the toilet didn’t flush and the hostel fixed it only a few hours later and it would only work again for an hour. Another point for improvement is the kitchen. Besides being really really dirty, there was almost no equipment.

Our problems statted with the checkin. We booked a double bed with shared barhroom for 2 nights on HostelWold for $30 in total. We have this in written with the booking confirmation email from HostalWorld. We paid a small deposit by creditcard and the rest of the amount needed to pay at arrival. Apon arrival the guy from the reception refused to accept our booking ‘as the price was not correct on the website’ After 2 hours!! of discussing back and foward we paid double the price of wh we booked

Erg vies Gemeenschappelijke toiletten/douches werden de vier dagen dat ik er verbleef geen enkele keer schoongemaakt. Kamer en lakens waren zeer vies.
