Shiva Guest House is located in the main city where is within walking distance to the city main river Ganga. The main market is within walking distance from the property as well. There are lots of nice local restaurants & cafe along with shops, selling books & Indian handicrafts.

The guest House is having mixed options of double, single and triple rooms as well as the dormitory room. The guesthouse is equipped with Wi-Fi and other electronic equipment. The highlight of the guesthouse is its roof top restaurant which serves different cuisines and guests can have a wonderful bird view of the city and river.

It is an ideal choice of clean and cheap accommodation with a nice view in Varanasi.

Lovely lovely place to stay in Varanasi. Family run, rooftop cafe with great breakfast. The people are so helpful and friendly. My friend was ill and they let us use a room with more windows and kept checking she was okay. We ended up staying longer in Varanasi partly because of shiva guest house! Thanks so much!

Extremely well-situated guest house, 2 minutes from the river front and in the heart of the old city. Something to note for travellers staying in the dorm, the washrooms are two steep flights of stairs down from the room.

The place is located nicely in the middle of the alleyways and super close to the ghats. The bed is fine, but the bedding seems not super clean. The shower head was literally above the toilet and the faucet kept dripping. Food was decent but the service was so slow if there were other people.
