We offer 3 privates rooms in our house for 1 people.

We receive you in a private house with a small garden.

The guesthouse is situated in Noisy le sec, 12 minutes from Paris city center, We are situated in the suburb of Paris, if you want to go to the center of Paris you must take public transport : it takes you 12 minutes by RER E to join 'Magenta- Gare du Nord' or 18 minutes to 'Haussmann St Lazare - OPERA and 10 minutes by tram to join the Metro Bobigny Raymond Queneau or 20 minutes walk to "Romainville place Carnot" métro station line 11

2 rooms available at the first floor :
Private double room 12 m2 : double bed, a dressing room and desk. free access internet WiFi is available. the room is located on the first floor.
Private single room 11 m2 : double bed, a dressing room and and desk.
Toilets and bathroom will be shared and you can use the kitchen and the garden if you want.

1 studio in the attic at the 2nd floor with private kitchen and private bathroom - Dressing room, Desk and washing machine.
Please note Atypical accommodation with common access to the family house. ATTENTION !!! access by a narrow staircase and not recommended for seniors (Please see the staircase pictures)
The studio closes with a sliding door that opens onto the staircase common to all floors of the house and there is no locking system.
Access to the garden is possible on the groundfloor
