The comfort, decoration and human warmth of our staff make our clients feel as if they were at home. Hotel style rooms and cheerful common spaces, to share moments with other guests.

Its location is privileged, we are in the monumental historic city center, just three and a half blocks from the main square, a few meters from the famous market of San Pedro, near the most important tourist monuments, churches, museums, art Galeries. A few steps from the best and varied restaurants, banks, crafts and entertainment centers, shops, clinics etc.

Our facilities are appropriately decorated, spacious rooms with private bathrooms, hot water, heating, extra blankets, cable TV, WIFI. In the public area a kitchen to prepare quick things, a living room with TV and hot drinks station 24 hours. We included breakfast with coffee, milk, tea, traditional breads, jam, butter, wheat granola, fried eggs, orange juice. An outdoor area for smokers, smoking is not allowed in the rooms and internal installations. Net House is committed to promoting good environmental practices and reducing carbon footprints sharing the experience with their guests. We offer free luggage storage & safe box service.

If you arrive very early. No problem . You can come to our place and stay in our living room until check-in time. If we have free rooms, we will gladly assign them to you. We have a free hot drinks station for you.

The breakfast is included everyday since 6.30 to 10:00 . If you need to take breakfast very early. Please coordinate it with our reception one night before.

We will provide a container to store your things in the refrigerator. Please do not forget to put your name and departure date.

The entrance of people who are not guests is not allowed.

If you use the living room or kitchen please do not make noise after 10 at night. We have other guests resting.

It is not allowed to smoking inside the rooms. We have a smoking area next to our living room.
