Hotel is located in the historic Dalmatian town of Zadar, in an attractive neighborhood called Borik. The hotel is only 300 meters from the sea and from this quiet and nicely arranged part of town there is a nice view of the Zadar Channel and the island of Ugljan.

All accommodation units have air conditioning, central heating, TV/SAT, refrigerator, telephone and a terrace.

Free wireless ADSL-internet is available to all our guests.

Most rooms have a terrace, a roofed terrace and a view of the sea.
