The AC was fixed at 23°C, making the room very cold. Only a thin sheet was provided, and I was asked to pay extra for a proper blanket. Luggage storage was not secure, as bags were left in a public area. The music was also very loud until after 10 p.m. and could be heard clearly from the rooms, making it difficult to sleep. Overall, I expected a more comfortable and secure stay.

Anita, Sabrina and Hannah were amazing volunteers! They immediately made it feel welcoming and safe. They encouraged participation and socializing. They also answered any and all questions that I had. The facilities were amazing (shoutout hot water) and the location itself was perfect. If you like to be able to join the party but not be right in the thick of it, then this is perfect. This part of Canggu is much quieter but close to town

Sabrina and Anita were absolutely wonderful! They are both so kind, friendly, and always made me feel welcome. They created such a positive atmosphere and were always happy to help whenever I needed anything. My experience at Sepeda was even better thanks to them. I really enjoyed my time here, and there’s a very good chance I’ll come back in the future. Thank you both for everything!
