This was definitely an eventful hostel to have stayed at, in the best way. It was a comfortable vibe, particularly with the hammocks. Mostly though, Quinn the hostel owner, was awesome and had some great hospitality. If you want a fun stay in Santa Catalina, I’d definitely go here.

Bad experience! The water was broken/ran out most of our stay, so we could not refill our bottles, wash dishes, cook, go to the toilet. Also the facilities were super unclean, the worst being the bathrooms that smells intensively like urine, which you could smell in the entire house. Additionally, the kitchen and grocery storage was infested with bugs and there were dead and alive cockroaches in our bedroom!! We just realized they also made us pay more there then indicated on hostelwold.
