I was put in multiple rooms because they did not have my correct reservation. Instead of a double room, I was put in a 6 bunk bed room and changed to a single room for the remaining nights. I paid the double room price for my whole stay. The staff was nice enough and tried to accommodate me but they just didn't have the availability. I'll blame Hostelworld for this
