Vamana Bangsal i Bangsal Lombok roses for sitt utrolig vennlige og hjelpsomme personale, og sin fantastiske beliggenhet rett ved havnen, ideell for transitt. Would not go back unfortunately. Beds are put on cardboard flooring which break under you. Barely any powerpoints. And the owners seem to use it as their own personal playground hanging out in common areas harassing you. Few nice people around for sure but paid more here than every other hostel in Lombok which also had more facilities.

It might be different if it’s busy, but I wasn’t sure if the restaurant was open. The staff did not tell me about any features of the hostel either. And the location is only good if you’re just spending the night to go on the ferry. It’s a bit far from everything. The bathroom was not very upkept. The towels and bed linens were stained. And there were a lot of ants in my bed.
