Awful experience, be careful when booking a place at this hostel. I've arrived at the hostel and the staff wasn't letting me do the check in as they said the person who wwas taking over was going to arrive after 3.30 pm by by this time we had already been waiting over 1 hour. The said to me to do it at night as had a tour booked at 3pm, when we arrived at about 10pm the receptionist with very limited English refused to let me check in and I had no place to stay with my mum. They didn't hesitate

Super fun, social hostel. Staff and guests are all extremely welcoming and the rooms are pretty awesome as well. Ruby is fantastic too!
