upon initial arrival, i was placed in the wrong room (not the one that i booked). after reaching out to the host, i was able to move rooms at no additional cost as he honored my reservation. the new room was just what i was expecting, but it was frustrating to deal with after a long drive there. definitely more of just a place to stay and not a traditional "hostel vibe" (no interaction with others, limited common spaces, etc). overall, a positive and pleasant experience. thank you!

The pros: this place was 1) clean, 2) secure with coded locks, 3) owners introduced themselves at check in, super warm and welcoming. 4) we had a whole kitchen with even dishes and dawn soap. 5) bathroom was MASSIVE. INCREDIBLE value for the price!! Recommendation: check which room you're booking! We didn't realize our room was as small as it was (because we didn't read the description). It's also a basement unit with steep stairs so difficult for some to navigate. Thank you for the great stay!
