Nueva España Hostel i La Union er et godt transittsted, spesielt for de som skal til Nicaragua. Gjestene setter pris på det velutstyrte kjøkkenet og det vennlige, hjelpsomme personalet. Just quite crusty. Fine for what we needed - we had to stay here to get the boat the next morning. Toilets were pretty gross. SUPER hot at night. Worked fine but expensive for what we got. We saw other hostels in town that were not advertised on hostelworld so maybe look around!

Only stayed as I needed to get the boat in the morning and it did the job but probably one of the worse hostels I’ve stayed in so far. There was mosquito larvae or something swimming in the drip tray of the water machine.. If you stay here, I recommend booking the AC room as it is extremely warm in La Union.
