3 MONKS HOSTEL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

.Prices and Taxes
All prices are in EUR and include VAT according to Latvian regulations. A city tourism fee of EUR 1.00 per person per night is charged separately in accordance with local regulations.

Payment
We accept payment cards and cash. Guests may also receive a secure online payment link before arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before check-in time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival, or no-shows, may be charged the full booking amount.

Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is until 11:00.

Age Policy
Guests must be at least 18 years old to stay without a parent or legal guardian.

Access and Security
Guests receive access codes for secure entry to their floor section. Guest access is limited to their assigned accommodation area and ground-floor public areas.

House Rules
Smoking, parties and alcohol consumption are not permitted on the premises. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Failure to respect these rules may result in removal from the property without refund.

Parking
The property does not provide private parking. Public city parking may be available nearby and may be subject to fees and local regulations.

Damage and Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. The property reserves the right to charge the guest for repair or replacement costs. Lockers are provided for convenience, but the property is not responsible for lost, stolen or unattended personal belongings.

Accessibility
The property is located in a historic building and is not adapted for guests with reduced mobility.

Luggage Storage
Luggage storage may be available before check-in or after check-out, subject to availability and at the guest’s own risk.

Personal Information
Guest information is handled in accordance with EU data protection regulations and used only for booking, legal registration and communication purposes.

Force Majeure
The property is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, government restrictions or other force majeure events.
