We’re in that sweet spot of the city center, a quiet street right in between the busy boulevards.
A 5-10 minute walk gets you to parks, bars, fast foods, restaurants, KVAKA 22 cultural center, and a few clubs including the legendary KST student nightclub.
Around here the city is genuine, alive, and safe, all the time!

Our common area is filled with second hand furniture and warm lights,
it is inviting you and trying to say: no pressure - do your thing, find your people :)

The kitchen is spacious enough to host an 8-bed of self-proclaimed chefs,
while the dishwasher takes care of the hard part!

All rooms feature en-suite bathrooms, aircon, parquet floor, and large windows.
The bunk beds we designed and crafted from crude materials ourselves.
Lockers are upcycled from closets found on the spot, the imperfections will confirm the story :)

We have a spare living room that’s quiet during the day in case you have some work to do,
and lively at night, as you can hang out downstairs without messing with anyone's sleep.

Tram, bus and trolleybus stops are 2 minutes away in any direction,
just hop any of them anytime, as public transport in Belgrade is FREE for everyone!

Just roam, feel free to lose yourself, home is always near :)

Payment upon arrival preferably by cash.
This property may pre-authorize your card before arrival.
Taxes not included: City Tax - 2.05 EUR per person per night.
